We are designed to host both your wedding ceremony and wedding reception. We offer a concrete pad for larger groups (up to 200 persons) or the terrace patio for a smaller more intimate affair.

The patio terrace is equipped with outdoor seating for your guests to enjoy and catch up with family and friends.

Affordable Luxury

Our beautiful ballroom offers a panoramic view of our pristine golf course. Our largest ballroom can hold up to 275 guests and can be easily adjusted to fit your exact number of guests.

One Bride, One Room!

Because we cater to only one bride at a time, we can customize a menu specifically designed for your big day by introducing some of your own favourite traditions. 

Our menu selections offer a variety of Mediterranean flair. All items are made in-house right from our home-baked focaccia, local produce down to our home-baked pastries. 

While we specialize in Italian cuisine, we can do anything from Asian, Indian all the way to Sushi and Greek. We have a well-balanced and highly diversified kitchen staff.

Customer Service and Attention to Detail, Second to None

From your first visit with our client service manager Diane Farquhar and our Executive Chef Daniele Palanca (combined 50 years of event experience)  will make you feel at ease and comfortable from your first visit until the day of your event.

Once you have booked your wedding or event with us, our on-site event planner will work with you on final dinner menu selections, floor plans, itinerary, and all the little details to ensure your  day is one to remember.   The relationship you will build with the Ambassador Golf Club Wedding and Events Team will be personal and friendly, as if you are part of our family. Deposit:  A non-refundable deposit of $1,500.00 is required at time of booking.  The balance for the event is due one week prior along with your final meal guarantee.  For payments which accept the following only:  Cash,  Bank draft, Money order or Certified cheque.

Cancellation:  Should you cancel your wedding any time after your initial deposit an additional $7,500.00 cancellation charge will apply.

A Socan levy tax of $63.49 and a Re-Sound fee of $26.63 will be applied to all invoices where music is being played in our facility (subject to change as per Socan and Re-Sound guidelines).

All prices are plus applicable taxes and 14% service charge and are subject to change.

Food tastings are available complimentary for Bride & Groom.  Any additional guests are charged as per the menu items.  There is a limit of items you can try and we do this during the months of January to March.

We offer standard white, ivory or black linens at $6.00 per table – Napkins $.40 cents each

Wedding & Banquet Bar

(Billed to the client – recommended for weddings and banquets)

The Client is to pay a service fee of $10.00 per person plus all applicable taxes.  This fee will include 1 bartender for every 100 guests, glassware, mixes, pop and juice.  In addition, the client will pay $3.95 per shot/beer for all standard products only.    Premium products will be charged at a higher price to be determined by Management.  This price is subject to change as per LCBO guidelines and policies.  Our bars will be supplied with our standard products of wine, spirits and beer. Please note the bar service increases to $12.50 per person for weddings with no alcoholic bar.

For any additional items to your bar list please inform the Client Service Manager one month prior to your event for pricing.  Additional bartenders are available at $25.00 per hour (minimum 3 hours).

Corkage Fee and Dinner Wine (applies to weddings and banquets) and must be combined with Service bar.

(Pricing may vary depending on LCBO guidelines, policies or increases). 

If you choose to bring in your own wine a $20.00 corkage fee per bottle will apply

House Imports by the Bottle – $26.95 per bottle

Josh Wines White & Red $29.95 per bottle

Pro Secco – $29.95 per bottle

If you choose to order a different selection of wines from LCBO other than the house wines indicated above, a $15.00 corkage per bottle.

Cash Bar

A $150.00 charge will be applied to organizer’s event if sales do not exceed $500.00.

If you bring in your own pastries and do not require any plates or cutlery from us there will be a clean-up fee of $2.00 per person.
