Adam Wagner

PGA of Canada Director of Golf Operations

Born and raised in London, Ontario, Adam attended school at the University of Windsor and the University of Calgary studying Business and Communications. He started his career in the golf business as an Assistant Professional at Essex Golf & Country Club in LaSalle for two seasons. Following that he acquired the position of Associate Professional at Bigwin Island Golf Club in Muskoka for two seasons. He then made a move the Alberta Zone of the PGA of Canada and worked as the Associate Professional at Silver Springs Golf & Country Club in Calgary for four seasons before coming back to Ontario and working as the Associate Professional at Beach Grove Golf & Country club for another two seasons.

He has completed all stages of the CPGA Apprenticeship program including teaching and coaching certification and is a Class “A” member of the PGA of Canada. He brings with him a great deal of teaching experience and as well as an outstanding understanding of public and tournament golf. Adam has achieved certification in Golf Shop Operations and Instructor (Beginner and Intermediate) with the PGA of Canada. He is a certified Ping, Taylor Made and Titleist fitting professional. Adam was the winner of the 2014 PGA of Ontario Professional Development of the year award and is currently a member of the PGA of Canada National Evaluation team. Adam is currently the Head Coach of the University of Windsor Men’s & Women’s Golf Teams.
